Why waste thousands of pesos or hundred of dollar for an iPhone repair? I'll tell you some secrets you want to know so that you, yourself can repair your own iPhone.
Did you phone fall to the water or got wet because of rain and it won't function anymore? Here's a nice tip I'm gonna give you. If you dropped your phone into the water, don't panic. Shake it as much as you can and do not turn it on because it would just cause more damage. Dry it with a blow dryer if you're in a rush. But make sure the heat is low or else the membrane and it's other parts will get burned. Place your phone in a bag full of white rice. Leave it there for a few days then try turning it on. If your phone turns on, then there is no permanent damage and you have nothing to worry about.
Is your home button broken? Try opening an app and hold the wake/sleep button and turn your phone. Then hold your home button for 10 seconds. Still won't work? Try plugging your phone with your charger. Push down your connector so that the home button would be pushed up. If it still won't work, lastly, try putting 99% isopropyl. 2-3 drops would do. Dab it with some cotton swabs and start cleaning. Try it for 10-15 times.
All white screen? Try doing the following steps. First, try resetting your phone. Hold your home button until you see the apple logo. If it doesn't work, restore your phone from your back up.
We all face the same problem. Especially when we're too clumsy with our phones, in the end our screens get scratches. All you need is car wax and tape. Start taping the edges of your screen first. And gently rub the car wax onto the scratches and watch them disappear.
Note: Only works at iPhone 3,4 and 4s because iPhone 5 has an oil coating already.

P.S.: Are all of these effective? Comment below if it was ;)
